Jeffrey Rincon has been active in Real Estate since 1996, He is a Graduate of University of Pennsylvania Law School Juris Doctor Program & Wharton Real Estate Real Estate and Urban Studies (Non-MBA) Program. He graduated with a finance degree from Montclair State University with Finance Concentration, Passing the New York Bar in 2002 (today Mr. Rincon is a non-practicing lawyer)

Mr. Rincon has transacted 1000s of Real Estate Deals In various Capacities, as a Agent, Broker/Owner, Investor, Developer, Financier, Attorney and Construction. He has owned and been principle in many businesses within real estate, Including Real Estate Brokerages, Construction Companies, Investment Companies, Web Companies. In the Commercial Real Estate space he has been Awarded Largest Flex/Industrial Deal in Suburban Philadelphia and has completed many major transaction that have been spotlighted in various Magazines, Newspapers and Trade Journals, Philadelphia Business Journal, South Jersey Courier, Globe Street, and many others. Mr. Rincon also was Broker of Record for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) from 2010-2012, helping run the NYC and NJ program, which led to hundreds of members obtaining homes many with interest rates below 1% 30 yr fixed interest rate, including developing homes for NACA members and assisting Cities and other Developers to provide homes for NACA members. Today Mr. Rincon is focused on growing the Real Estate Wealth Institute (REWI) which has currently an ecosystem of close to 50,000 Investors, helping investors Start, Grow, Scale while servicing over 40 major markets throughout US and Canada and growing new leaders in the industry while helping people achieve financial freedom along the way.
